What happens after a referral
- 1
Reach out
Tell us a little about your child. Call us, or start a quick intake online.
- 2
We listen & evaluate
About an hour with you and your child — a standardized assessment, observation through play, a look at medical history, and your own input as the caregiver. From there we'll tell you whether therapy makes sense and, if it does, build an individualized plan. Therapy always starts with an evaluation.
- 3
We get to work
Play-based sessions begin — and we guide your family every step of the way.
Already evaluated elsewhere?
Send us the report and our therapist will review it. If it's recent and complete enough, you won't have to redo the evaluation — we'll pick up from there and get started.
Who we treat
Children are our focus. Our therapists work across these seven areas:
Speech Sound Production
How clearly a child says sounds and words.
Language
How a child understands and uses words, sentences, and meaning.
Social Communication & Pragmatics
How a child uses communication with other people.
Fluency
How smoothly a child speaks.
Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC)
Communication supports for children who can’t rely on speech alone.
Early Communication
For toddlers and young children who are late to talk or not yet communicating clearly.
Literacy-Related Language
The spoken-language skills that support reading and writing.
Children are our focus, but we also assess and treat adults for aphasia, dysarthria, and cognitive-communication difficulties. (We don't provide swallowing/feeding therapy.)
Insurance, including Medicaid
We're in-network with many major plans, and we also offer self-pay. Not sure if you're covered? Send us your plan details and we'll help verify your benefits before you commit.
Medicaid plans we're in-network with
- Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
- CareSource Medicaid
- Health Plan of Nevada
