What to expect

Starting is simple. Here's how it goes.

  1. 1

    Reach out

Tell us a little about your child. Call us, or start a quick intake online.

  2. 2

    We listen & evaluate

About an hour with you and your child — a standardized assessment, observation through play, a look at medical history, and your own input as the caregiver. From there we'll tell you whether therapy makes sense and, if it does, build an individualized plan. Therapy always starts with an evaluation.

  3. 3

    We get to work

Play-based sessions begin — and we guide your family every step of the way.

What parents say

In their own words, from our Google reviews.

  • “Go Therapy has changed my family’s entire life. The support and care that Dianne and Julie have for the children is unmatchable — they’re the biggest cheerleaders you can get when it comes to your kid’s speech journey. My son now imitates lots of words, knows his ABC’s and much more, all thanks to Go Therapy and the great staff. Don’t hesitate to call and get an evaluation — it makes a huge difference in your child’s life!”

They pay so much attention to the details of my son’s speech and always had a plan and goal to reach — and because of this his speech kept progressing at a fast rate. They are also very accommodating and work with your schedule when life happens. Go Therapy’s customer service is absolutely wonderful. I recommend this speech therapy family to anyone!”

Questions parents ask

What happens at the first visit?
About an hour with you and your child — a standardized assessment, observation through play, a look at medical history, and your own input as the caregiver. From there we'll tell you whether therapy makes sense and, if it does, build an individualized plan. Therapy always starts with an evaluation.
Do you take Medicaid?
Yes. We're in-network with these Medicaid plans: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, CareSource Medicaid, Health Plan of Nevada, Molina Healthcare, Nevada Medicaid (FFS), and SilverSummit Healthplan. Not sure about your plan? Send us your plan details and we'll help verify your benefits before you commit.
What if my child was already evaluated somewhere else?
Send us the report and our therapist will review it. If it's recent and complete enough, you won't have to redo the evaluation — we'll pick up from there and get started.
How does payment work?
Through your in-network insurance, or self-pay if you prefer. We take all major credit cards, checks, and cash, with payment due at the time of service. Self-pay pricing is in your new-client paperwork — just ask if you'd like it sooner.
